My approach
Everything we do in today's world requires us to collaborate & work with others, as well as motivate ourselves. Be it running a business, leading a team or being an artist. There are three ingredients that make any business & project successful: purpose, people & process.
This sets your intention, what are you trying to build and more importantly why? Keeping this north star in mind helps guide the work.
Who do you surround yourself with, who will help you in building your idea, product or business? Relationships matter and making sure you have a strong team around you will guarantee success.
How will you work, what needs to be in place for things to get done in a sustainable and healthy way? This aspect is easy to forget when we get busy, but a strong yet adaptable process means you won't hit a wall before you reach the finish line.
As a coach, my role is to help you navigate these aspects and get things done in a smoother way. This means empowering people, strengthening relationships & building effective teams and processes. Ultimately, it's about bringing joy to the work and your ideas and goals to life.

About me
Hi, my name is Mirjam. I'm a leadership coach specialised in empathetic leadership, high perfromance teams and optimized processes. I guide creative teams and startups in building their ways of working, resolving conflicts and enhancing communication. I also work with artists, freelancers and solo practicioners, advising them on how to set-up structures, goals and habits to fulfil their ideas.
I've spent the last decade coaching creative leaders and teams at the creative business consultancy Hyper Island & developing culture & leadership strategies at the Nordic media company Viaplay Group. My background expands from music and the arts, to tech & international relations. When I'm not coaching others, I'm building my practice as an artist & music producer.
